This company has its act together and the entire process was seamless from point of sale, administrative/billing, construction, to cleanup. Robert, the sales rep is extremely knowledgeable and represents Wescon well. He was transparent and went the extra mile to explain the process as well as the possibility of the unexpected. He took care of us like we were family. He kept us up-to-date on materials and construction at all times. If there was ever a question, he was just a phone call away. “We recently had an entire new tile roof installed by JAL. Family owned, Jose Leyva, the owner was hand on through all facets of the project and inspected daily. They had up to 10 roofers working seam during the removal process from 7am to 7pm.

Everyone was professional and competent. They know their jobs well and each was efficient in their areas of responsibilities. Jose assigned and rotated in specialists for each phase of the work. They communicated with us on a daily basis on what to expect and took time to explain the process throughout each phase of the installation. No question went unanswered. They went through every inch of the old roof and replaced all rotten woods. They use high end top of the line materials. The crew took time to throughly clean up the job site at the end of each day
