“Although I have used SOS for several years for carpet, rug, upholstery and tile cleaning, this was an SOS call as my 95 lb dog got sick. While we were out, he threw up in 8 places on my ivory carpet. They fit me in that day and did a great job! They usually do my entire house. They did our whole tv room while they were there so when they come in November. we have a place to hang while the rest of the house is drying.“

Andrew came out the same day I called him and quickly made a plan to get us back to normal operations by Christmas! They set up a zipper wall to keep it all contained which I appreciated with a little one in the house. After demo and a couple days of airing out, Brandon came out to test for $350. Our quoted price for the project was very good and they also provided me with a drywall contractor’s number. I did a few estimates online first going to some well know chains.. i then decided to check locally and I am so glad I did. I saw Prime steamers was very close to me so i checked out the website. I love that all the prices are online and you can book your appointment online. The price was great in comparison to some of the chains. I quickly booked my appointment and immediately received a text confirming they got my inquiry. Love that. Then i checked my email and had a contract from them once my appointment was accepted, great. I had a few questions so I gave David, (I think the owner?) a call and he answered my questions diligently. Boom contract signed and appointment made. My appointment was 12/30 and David arrived on time. He wore shoe covers, and explained the process and how long it would take. He took exactly the time he said (2 hours) and cleaned and vacuumed after the upholstery cleaning process. My couch looks amazing! The service and value is well worth the cost of the cleaning. I need my grout cleaned and he gave me an estimate while at my home. He was fantastic. I will be booking out grout cleaning service soon.
