I cannot say enough good things about Premier Chemdry! I had what I thought was a hopeless situation, very tough pet poop stains on a delicate and expensive viscose and silk area rug. I was ready to give up, but Josh came to the rescue.
He arrived exactly on time, was incredibly professional, and treated my rug with the utmost care. To my amazement, he was able to completely remove the stains and restore the rug to looking brand new. He didn’t just meet my expectations, he far exceeded them.
Kevin was very nice. Explained pricing and procedure. No surprises when I had to pay. Tre was very nice and did a great job. My carpet were not soaked or soggy and dried in 2/3 hours. Will definitely use them again.
Amazing they have their own water tank which stanley steamer doesn’t have . Chemdry Was alone at my house and nothing went missing. They are very trustworthy. They educate you on how to maintain your carpet and sofa and they provide extra services. Ask for Josh and the boss Kevin is amazing. Thank you again.
