2025: Our white shag carpet was cleaned in a timely manner (the same week that I called), and the pick up and delivery gentleman was great. This is the third time our area rug was steamed, but the first time that it got truly clean! Highly recommend.
Addendum one year later:
We snowbirds are back and the rug was again cleaned quickly and beautifully. A neighbor was spraying paint or tar for new dock installation, and Tal was able to remove all traces on our light gray boat cushions. Courtney is also a pleasure to deal with.
We will always use American Steamers.

I say all of this because I attempted to get this rug cleaned by 3 different vendors before finding American Steamers.… read full review

They were very easy to deal with while setting up an appointment for the estimates, then followed through by showing up on time. They were neat, polite, and we agreed to the furniture cleaning on the spot. The pet-damaged sofa and chair wound up looking like new, smelling fresh and thoroughly sanitized. The price was right, too. Another good sign.
American Steamers came back the… read full review
