“Rody did an amazing job! He worked tirelessly from 9:30 in the morning until 2:30 in the afternoon nonstop, no lunch break even, and didn’t miss a spot. He used 1000 psi with a minimum of three passes. Sometimes it had to be six or more passes since the prior tenants lived in the unit for five years without cleaning once. I was not surprised when Rody said “this looks like six layers of dirt.” He was right - it was five years worth.
He’s very responsible and sweet. Very easy to work with him - if I had any questions, he was happy to answer them for me. He made sure all the lights were off and the window shades were closed and all doors locked before we left.
