This is my first time using 3N1 but it won’t be the last! Gerald, the owner, is very personable and gave me a very fair price. And the quality of his work is exceptional. He made old carpets look almost like new and the tile in my entry hall looks like a completely different floor! It’s beautiful!
Gerald was great. Came out same day and took care of me. Did my sectional and rug, which were in bad shape due to my pup. He left them looking smelling and looking brand new! Definitely would recommend.
This was an amazing experience. I had no idea how nasty my tile grout was and the layers of yuck on my tile, especially in the marble bathroom shower. These guys were so nice on time and everything. They said they would do, they did. The price was reasonable, and this makes me feel like my tile is brand new. I would strongly recommend it for anyone considering replacing their tile. He filled the areas the grout had disintegrated for free. He cleaned my outdoor patio porch and made it look so nice. He did the wooden floors along with the tile along with the marble floors and the two small bathrooms. . I can’t say enough about this company. 3N1❣️🫶
