I/we have been using SOS for years. They have always provided prompt (on time) and great service at a fair/good price. Their carpet cleaner(s) do a very good, detailed and thorough job with no scam extras/add-ons that some carpet/tile companies I have dealt with in the past - try them and you’ll be glad you did!!

SOS/JOE WAS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS !After 15 years of dirty, black grout, Joe restored my light floors w/light grout to look brand new. The difference was almost unbelievable ? Now I walk around my home just ?. Also, carpet that I thought I would have to just rip up-looks perfect. Joe got out cat stains (and there was plenty all over) to look like I never had a pet !.I am a Real Estate Broker working with Fannie Mae so we get homes in deplorable condition. They must be brought up to presentable condition...therefore we will ONLY be using SOS/JOE to get the homes ready for market. THANK YOU TO SOS !Ann Marie - All Homes Realty

Just had my guest house tile cleaned to perfection....tenant left tile with severe dirty grout ..After the job was done the grout locked new..excellent workmanship..on time and did not leave until we were all satisfied. Highly recommend. .
