I contacted the owner Craig one evening, he responded quickly, provided me with a super fair quote, and went over his cleaning technique (tools, cleaning supplies, length of process, before and after do's and don'ts, and so on), I was able to schedule the cleaning the very next day. He showed up on time (even game me a heads up when he was 20 minutes out), cleaned it throughly, and left our couch like new.We will use his service again in a couple of months, to keep up the "maintenance" of our couch.Overall, Zebedee is a professional, reliable, and trustworthy company which we recommend anyone who needs their couches (even carpets) spotlessly cleaned.

The owner, Craig, was very responsive from start to finish. The work was done well, quickly, and professionally. The cost was reasonable. I have already recommended this company to a neighbor, who was also satisfied with the work. I would use this company again.
