“We just finished a job with Todd Thomas Homes which included renovating two 30 year-old bathrooms, new flooring for four separate rooms, paint in three rooms, and adding a closet in the master bedroom. Our supervisor, Greg, was very involved day to day. There were a few minor issues, as expected with any remodel job, but Greg made sure they were taken care of immediately and to our satisfaction. He is a great problem solver and even suggested some things that we had not thought about. The best part is they finished earlier than the estimate finish date. We really enjoyed using Builder Trend to see the schedule of work that was happening on any given day or planned for the following week(s). By the end of the project, Greg was a trusted friend and part of the family. We are grateful for his dedication to our job. “This company obtained an estimate of the ductwork that needed done for a property that I was about to buy. Other AC companies only did an estimate on what they could see because there was no crawlspace (which was a few hundred dollars because you could only see 1/10 of the ductwork due to the lack of crawlspace), but this AC company did a thorough estimate and it was roughly $11,000 to get the ductwork replaced because it was recalled about 10 years ago. The homeowners made a fuss and would not negotiate so I walked. “Here’s my experience. It’s all good. No...GREAT! My mother is a widow. She will be 91 in January. She lived all her life in NJ with dad. After he passed my siblings and I decided it best to move her down to Florida so I can take care of her. Fortunately she can still be in her own place and lives only two doors down. The only thing that was a must-have was a shower to “walk” into. We received 3 different estimates and chose this company. Not just because the price was right but because of Emmanuel’s genuine love of what he does and the compassion he displayed towards my elderly mother’s concerns. He met us at the store to pick out the tile, tub, shower head, glass doors etc...That in itself was a pleasant, stress free experience! No stress. Everything he said he was going to do he followed through, even with things he suggested that we didn’t even consider. We went from a 1974 bathroom to something you’d see in a resort (without the high price)! My husband and I consider him a friend. We had an old lift removed and a new replacement lift installed. We had a rotting cross beam on a secondary lift that required that entire lift to be removed and a new support piling to be placed. The week this work was done was tremendously hot with record-breaking heat indexes. The team was very skilled and worked hard. We are completely satisfied with all of the work done. They straightened up around the work area each day and cleaned up beautifully on the last day!
