I've been having Lloyd's Heating & Air service my heat pump for over 15 years. Today, Jean (A/C Tech) completed a thorough semi-annual maintenance on my system & explained the process & results to me clearly. Thank you!
We had an A/C company state we needed a new A/C system. So we called Lloyd's for a second opinion. Terry came out and provided a thorough technical assessment and found insulation in the blower motor which caused the A/C to blow warm air. Once removed the A/C was back to 75°. Additional, Terry provided recommendations to extend the life of the system. Lloyd's is hands down the best A/C company we have worked with. Thank you!
