The issue was a significant dust build-up in the vents, which they efficiently addressed by thoroughly cleaning each duct and vent over the course of about three hours. Their attention to detail was evident, as this is the first time I've noticed a marked improvement in air quality compared to previous cleanings by a different company.
After comparing with another quote, this service was more thorough and took the time to diagnose a faulty thermostat causing my uneven heating. They could improve by ensuring their technician arrives closer to the scheduled appointment time, as I had to wait about 45 minutes past the expected start.
Many reviews also highlight the company's fair pricing, quality workmanship, and reliable service.
