“I’m a procrastinator when it comes to calling for professional help on things that need to be taken care of. But recently a basement wastewater pump attached to my basement bathroom seems to be going off every several hours when the room is not being utilized. Before it would be once or twice a day but now the frequency was getting to me. Luckily, my HVAC guy highly recommended Blue Boxer plumbing and so I decided to give them a call. The first positive point goes to them for actually having a live person answer their phone (I expected a voice recording to request me to leave a message). I explained my situation and was highly surprised to hear someone could be out to my home within the hour (Second positive point since I expected to just make an appointment). Not only was Charles at my door on time but took the time to hear my concerns and looked at all the possibilities to my problem. Turned out to be a leaky toilet tank flapper and valve. I also asked if he had time to check on my other toilet in the main bathroom as well as unclog the bathroom sink, which he said was no problem at all.
