In the mean time, our hot water heater died this morning. Previous plumber left the old hot water heater instead of changing it out after a flood and fire. Joe is trying to move his schedule around to get that heater back in for us today and replace the faucet in the kitchen. Can’t say enough about Joe. He is professional, courteous and trustworthy.
