“Joe the plumber was very knowledgeable and I believe has our problem solved. We have a problem with no water to our kitchen sink. Turns out it was faulty work from previous plumber. In the mean time, our hot water heater died this morning. Previous plumber left the old hot water heater instead of changing it out after a flood and fire. Joe is trying to move his schedule around to get that heater back in for us today and replace the faucet in the kitchen. Can’t say enough about Joe. He is professional, courteous and trustworthy. I also signed up for their program to get my water heater flushed out once a year, 10% off of all future work and yearly maintenance on my A/C unit.“
