Because we loved our kitchen - ultimately - we didn't complain afterwards but the same problems still exist. We discovered our brand new disposal was leaking (check out the picture) and I reported it 5 days ago to operational manager/ owner Kevin Streets. No response. when our plumber came out he found that the disposal was not securely tightened and had probably been leaking since install. in addition, two electrical boxes were never mounted on the wall so they were sitting in water. Had Kevin responded this could all have been dealt with and no review written, but he chose not to.“

“We had our home built in 2019 and the builder used Liberty to install the septic. We went to have our tank pumped for preventative measures last week and the lid was stuck. We called and spoke to the office, they said they would come look at it as they installed it. Jerry came out on his own time, without any expectation for payment, got it unstuck then seen that the tank did not even need to be pumped! So that saved us $400, but he noticed the filter fitting was cracked and needed a riser installed. He gave us a new lid and came out to put in a riser as well! The price was super reasonable and service was super fast and top tier! These are some great people who went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend them!!“
