Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

From the first call with Janine, to the completed work with Chris, I received 5 star service! I was updated on arrival time, given priority care, and great communication. Chris was efficient, thorough, professional and took the time to explain the situation. I’m always eager to learn. I then received follow up phone calls and text messages from both Janine and Chris to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, along with the immediate contact of a water restoration company. I could not have asked for better service. I will be a customer for life! Great work, team! Thank you!

Mr. Buddy went above & beyond with locating and unclogging the grass roots accumulation inside the outside pipe leading to the septic tank.

Thanks much ROTO-ROOTER!

Buddy serviced our home today. He is very professional and friendly. He accurately and quickly discovered the problem and addressed it. I especially appreciated how Buddy explained the situation. Unfortunately, my situation is bigger than expected. But I’m so happy with how Buddy got our home up and running by again and we hope to have Buddy come out for the next step in our repair. Buddy gave me the honest advice with a couple options of how to fix the problem. All in all, If you are lucky enough to get Buddy, you will most definitely be in great hands.
