Called because the water heater didn't seem to keep the water hot during our showers and I was able to get the appointment the next day. They send you a text with the picture of the technician that is coming out with a little biography about them. I really liked that I knew who was coming out,and what they looked like beforehand. I thought it was a nice personal touch. James came out and was so nice and courteous and explained everything that was going on even showed me what he was doing when he was doing it.
