“Holly was great. Scheduling online was easy. You have to pay up front at the time of scheduling. I didn't think about it as I left, but I hope I left a tip when I scheduled. I normally do it in cash, but I sure forgot as I was leaving. Anyway, they sent me a questionnaire about my health and why I was receiving the service. When I arrived 5 minutes early, Holly let me in and showed me to the room. She double-checked what I needed. I explained that I was going through an unexpected change. She knew immediately I needed stress relief. She left me to get undressed to my level of comfort and went to stress relief town. It was so good every time she did a new spot. My mind played her new theme song, lol. In the end, it was a pleasant experience, and I will sign my husband up. I forgot to take pictures unfortunately.“

“I was in search for an ‘activities director’ for my sons 6th birthday party and Grow Kids was recommended in a local mom group. I’m so glad we found Heather because she kept the boys and girls so busy and entertained, even my 2.5 year old was partaking in all the fun! ? She was kind, professional, and worked with our Lego theme. She came to us and brought all the fun. I highly recommend Grow Kids for your future birthday party! Sit back and relax while someone else entertains the kids!“

She was very thorough and intuitive! She offered a nice blend of aromatherapy. Everything was so relaxing.“

“The owner Sarah is a wonderful yoga teacher. After coming out of a 5 year baptiste practice, it took a few days before I got used to the slower pace of the sun power practice that the studio offers. But with the right teacher, it has been a very satisfying and challenging flow. The studio has a convenient location right off 9B and parking is easy.They have a wall of mirrors so you can check your stance. And the floors are cushioned so it’s not hard on your joints.I would definitely go back if I didn’t find a studio closer to where I live.“

“Mixed filings. I like the classes, I’m new to Pilates. Chris and Emily are favorite trainers. The parking lot should have a sign for compact cars only because people park pick up trucks in front of the studio. Sometimes it’s hard to book a class because it’s a busy studio.“

“Very nice variety of equipment, different areas, pool and sauna, boxing bags, and racquetball courts. They also have a snack bar. The membership is reasonable (depending on your budget), but the fact that they have several cable stations and more than one of the same machine per station/group makes it worth the look.“
