I wish it wasn’t as hot and I would go more often to that class.<br><br>I do love the classes in the earth room taught by Insook and Gigi. Both caring instructors. Insook will give a lot of hands on assistance and is passionate about teaching yoga. She’s a gem of a human and very creative with her sequences. She genuinely cares about others and that shines through. She helped my daughter so much today with her back pain and ways to help her stretch. We had a wonderful experience.”
