“Was in town for a business conference and looked for a place to get a Yoga session in while I was in town and I found Centered on Yoga via google. I was not disappointed. I signed up for the 6:15 heated power yoga with Alyssa and it was great. She is a great instructor and everyone was inviting and friendly. I really enjoyed the class and would highly recommend attending sessions on a regular basis. I would if I lived in the area.“
