My landlord hired them to come and replace the main water line at my house. They did it so quick and were so responsive when issues arose after! They even extended their day to make sure my plumbing was good!
Jayden (probably spelled wrong) was fantastic and did not make me feel like an idiot when the problem ended up being sediment buildup from the line replacement.
Their receptionist was also amazing and was always so pleasant to talk to! She called me with updates when necessary and everything .
I will definitely be recommending my landlord hire them for any plumbing issues I encounter. Thank you all!!!!!!
Jaiden the plumber is my guy in the last 6 months I've had multiple plumbers come out to where I live and in one way shape or form there's always been some sort of snag or something left unresolved. Jaiden was the youngest one as far as I can tell and in my professional and personal opinion he's far above the rest. Is attention to detail is impressive. He communicated extremely well whether it was a phone call to let me know he would be there soon for just communicating with me while he was on the job or any type of follow-up communication was on point and put me totally at ease. I’m so glad this company is under new management because the previous reviews had me nervous but their price had me interested. The tech that came to my property was DeJune and he was very straightforward, firm, friendly and fair. It took a minute for him to understand all of the issues I had going on. Once he diagnosed the issues he immediately began fixing them. Other companies that I shall not name were asking for no less and $2,500 and I was getting discouraged because that total was out of my range at that moment but the repairs and installations had to be done.
