So we improvised and since I was going to change out my kitchen faucet anyway in the future he fixed my kitchen sink up real nice, I’m so pleased with the service and his knowledge. “We just had an absolutely fantastic experience with Advanced Air when they removed our old hot water heater tank and we replaced it with an electric tankless hot water heater! We live in a condo in Palencia and every square foot of available space is critical in a condo but we were also concerned about a traditional hot water tank rupturing and having water go into the units below us. The sales rep Josh came out to our unit, reviewed whether or not the tankless would be a good fit for us, went through all of our questions and we were satisfied. Two weeks later we had two awesome technicians come out, remove the old tank and install the new one. It is been a great decision! If you ask your friends about electric tankless hot water heaters you'll get every Monday Morning Quarterback tell you "Oh no, they're not very good" so I did my own research and vetted it myself and it's been worth it.
