“I attended the Light and Sound Meditation on Sunday, June 7th at 3 PM at Thee House of Yoga, and it was an incredible experience. The 1 hour and 15 minute session with Lucy and her crystal singing bowls was deeply relaxing, healing, and restorative.
The soothing sounds and vibrations created a peaceful atmosphere that allowed me to completely unwind and reconnect with myself. Lucy has a wonderful presence and guided the experience with warmth and care. I left feeling calmer, centered, and refreshed.
