About The Yoga Garden
The Yoga Garden is a welcoming yoga studio, offering a variety of classes for both beginners and experienced practitioners. The bright and inviting studio space offers branded apparel, jewelry, water, and kombucha for sale. The Friday 8am yoga session is described as fantastic, with an instructor who provides a great playlist. For those with back pain, The Yoga Garden's Pilates class is highly recommended, with the instructor praised for her knowledge, helpfulness, and ability to relieve pain through incremental movements. The studio's dedication to its students is also highlighted, with teachers taking the time to help students grow in their practice and gain insights in every class. However, it is recommended to arrive early for the later morning classes due to limited parking.
I dropped in from out of town for the Friday 8am yoga session and was welcome with open arms. The instructor was fabulous - I wish I could get her playlist! The studio was bright and welcoming. They even have great branded apparel, jewelry, water, and kombucha for sale. I managed to get into an early class that had just a few folks attending but the 9:15 class was packed and parking could be an issue so arrive with a few minutes to spare for the later morning classes.
My favorite yoga studio by far after more than 30 years on the mat. Loren is a gifted teacher. She takes the time to help you grow in your practice. I have learned so much from her and I have seen the growth in my practice. The dedication she has toward her students is unparalleled. Whether you have been practicing for years or you are new to yoga you will gain insights in every class.
Chelsea is a gem! Her pilates class is the only class that I've ever taken that has relieved my lower back pain. She is so knowledgeable, not only about her passion for pilates, but in all other apects of life, too. Chelsea helps you better understand each movement and how to get there in incremental ways that don't over strain or stress your body. I feel my absolute best after her class! Thank you, Chelsea!
