Long story short, we had a 24 (!) year old air conditioner and it wasn't working. My husband is a DIY-er, so after some research he seemed to discover what the problem was and a fix for it, a new, different type of motor. We discussed it with David, who had said motor on his truck! All fixed!
Any other AC guy would not have even considered anything other than replacing the unit. That's because they send out a guy to diagnose, but that guy is really there to sell you the most expensive thing he will get the most commission on, a new unit. So thankful that we have an old school guy like David in our local community who knows the workings of AC inside and out, enough to know that replacing is not always the go-to option. David knows that while, sure, a new unit can be more energy efficient, you can actually get a few more years out of an old one sometimes.

He was very polite as well as knowledgeable as to what needed to be done..Any other plumbing issues I ever have I will be using A.T.A. Plumbing and will definitely ask for Fernando to fix the issue
Mine was a smaller job and I am quite happy with it. Kaitlyn came out, did measurements, photos and gave me a rough estimate. After reviewing the photos, owner Brian called me to discuss which metal paneling would be appropriate giving consideration to the weight of steel vs aluminum on my older structure. The workers arrived on time, worked every minute they were here removing old roof and rusty screws, laying the new roof and cleaning up everything before they left. The lead man named Yevin was very particular and fussy measuring each panel and placement so that the overhang was balanced all the way around on my old structure; they really did a nice job. The whole team including Mgr Renee in the office were friendly and professional. I definetly would recommend their services to family and friends.

Pays attention to detail. Rick did an amazing job on our SUV that was filled with dog hair and even lifted the third row seating to get underneath all the seats. Good work isn’t cheap and cheap work isn’t good. You get what you pay for and I’m willing to pay a little extra to get a good quality detail. Highly recommend.

I needed a palm tree cut down and removed. I had secured someone else to do the job, but they kept stringing me along for 50 days on scheduling, so I needed to move on to someone else. I’m happy I did! I called Fowler and left a message asking if they do climbing and cutting due to not being able to get equipment to the tree. I also asked if they would do such a small job. Mandi immediately called me back with the name and number of their tree climber, Alvin, and she had just spoke with him and he was going to be in my area for a quote the following morning. I reached out the next morning and Alvin came by and quoted me and said he could do it the next day!! He came the next day and cut it down exactly as I wanted, very low to the ground, due to not being able to get a stump grinder back there. He did a great job, zero damage to the yard or anything else, and cleaned up all the debris. I’ll definitely call Fowler again and have Alvin back to trim the other palms. I am also planning to connect again with Mandi and have someone come out for a weekly lawn service quote. Great communication and work! Thank you!
Mike was very professional and communicated in a very timely manner when schedule had to be modified. His work was outstanding . The pantry he built for us was perfect and very precise. Baseboard replacement was done in a small area and it matched as if it had been there all the time. I highly recommend Handy Manatee for all your general repairs and projects.
2025. They were great to deal with. Good job, well done. Pricy but l think in the long run my wife will be happy that the sun isn't baking down on her while driving. These guys did my pickup a few years ago and I've been happy with the work they did. I have no problem recommending your tinting being done here.
2026. Sold my 2016 pickup. Again, another job well done on my 2022 pickup.
Brought my 2022 Nissan pickup back to these guys. I had them do the strip across the top of the windshield I thought it would just fine. NO, Summer is here and the sun here in Florida is just burrutle. I could feel the heat just awful. They did me a favor and put the Teflon tint on the windshield and redid the upper strip again for a reasonable price. Great guys to deal with. They honestly care about their customers. My appliance salesman forgot to order all the installation parts for my dryer. SunCoast had the parts and was able to complete the installation. SunCoast carefully placed my appliance in a tight spot on a tile floor .making sure there was no damage to the floor or countertop or wall. Recommend them highly!

This is the second time we have had Jeff do work for us. Jeff is very prompt, very professional, and very fair pricing. Jeff and his helper Zach cleaned up after themselves and did our job in a timely fashion. Jeff and Zach are an excellent team and would highly recommend them. They installed life proof flooring and installed a new patio door.

Dr. Baker, Tammy, Kristen and the rest of the team were incredible. I came in for tooth pain & needed it taken care of asap before leaving on a trip in just a few days. Dr. Baker did a great job explaining what was wrong, what my options were, and what the procedures entailed. I ended up having X-rays, two cavities filled, and a root canal / crown done all in one visit. They made sure I felt no pain or discomfort during the entire process. I can’t foresee myself going anywhere else in the future!
