Gerry Gaudette personally called me to explain the situation and helped us get an emergency permit so my mother wouldn't be left in the heat. Sean came out, replaced the panel quickly, corrected several existing wiring mistakes, and even took a look at a few other minor issues my mother had concerns about. He was kind and considerate with her the entire time.

With the urgency involved, we were bracing for a hefty bill — but Gaudette charged a fair and reasonable price without taking advantage of the situation. That kind of integrity is rare.
