“I needed a palm tree cut down and removed. I had secured someone else to do the job, but they kept stringing me along for 50 days on scheduling, so I needed to move on to someone else. I’m happy I did! I called Fowler and left a message asking if they do climbing and cutting due to not being able to get equipment to the tree. I also asked if they would do such a small job. Mandi immediately called me back with the name and number of their tree climber, Alvin, and she had just spoke with him and he was going to be in my area for a quote the following morning. I reached out the next morning and Alvin came by and quoted me and said he could do it the next day!! He came the next day and cut it down exactly as I wanted, very low to the ground, due to not being able to get a stump grinder back there. He did a great job, zero damage to the yard or anything else, and cleaned up all the debris. I’ll definitely call Fowler again and have Alvin back to trim the other palms. I am also planning to connect again with Mandi and have someone come out for a weekly lawn service quote. Great communication and work! Thank you!“
