First time customer of Fast Air with an emergency cooling situation. The first service technician, Adam P, was prompt and quickly diagnosed the issue, which was a full replacement of the air handler, compressor, thermostat, and some duct work. None of this was a surprise, the old system was on its' last legs.
Within a couple of hours, a crew was on site to replace the total system. The crew of Butch, Josue, Tim, and Rafael did a spectacular installation job and had the system running before bedtime. Props to all of the team.

I had an outstanding experience with this A/C company from start to finish! The customer service was exceptional, and the entire process was smooth and professional. She answered all of my questions and kept me informed every step of the way.
