Had a clogged toilet that I could not manage to get cleared up. Allan was extremely helpful about how I could clear it myself. I chose to have him come anyways. Instead of making me wait until late at night or the next day, he chose to take a few mins to swing by my place on his way to his next job and give it a quick try. Showed up within 45 mins and had the toilet unclogged within 5 minutes. He was professional and courteous and even helped me lecture my kids on proper toilet etiquette which (hopefully) will save me from needing future help for the same issues in the future. 10/10 will definitely use this company again for any other plumbing needs. I called AJZ in the middle of the day in a panic when Lowes refused to install my new refrigerator because the valve at the wall was seized up. They said it needed to be replaced before install. I had been living without a frig for days and took the day off for delivery. The plumber showed up within two hours, replaced the whole valve assembly. He helped me move out the old frig and installed the new frig/water line. He was there far longer than the price he quoted me and refused to charge me more. He even checked the main pressure going into the house, which was way too high. We would have never known that.
This is by far the best plumbing service in not only Homosassa Florida but the best plumber I have ever met! He did my hot water heater and also my brand new walk in shower as well as my girlfriend's sinks and showers as well!!! Great communication, great prices and best of all such integrity in doing fantastic work!!! Thanks so much Alan for your great service!!!! Highly Recommend!!!!
