I recently used Aircool Florida for my Airbnb property, "The Designer's Retreat" in Wynwood, FL, and I'm highly impressed with their service. They are exceptionally responsive, professional, and helpful.Their responsiveness was outstanding; they quickly scheduled an assessment to ensure my guests' comfort. Their professional team arrived on time, dressed neatly, and explained everything clearly.What stood out was their helpfulness. I am beyond grateful for the service I have received from AirCool and 5 stars really isn't enough. Barbie is amazing and the tech she immediately sent over, Valentin, was just as wonderful! I literally don't have anything negative to say. Barbie got someone out here incredibly fast, and worked with me throughout, giving me tips and advice on what to do until Valentin arrived. He was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable....and as important as all those attributes are, he was also very considerate of my home, keeping the entire area nice and clean throughout the entire service. I have nothing but high praise for this company. I have been a customer for at least 20 years and am a loyal customer because I know if my air conditioner fails, I can count on them to respond in a timely manner. I recently had to replace my entire unit and I was assured by Barbie that she would offer me the best unit for at the most reasonable cost. I also benefited by having a Service contract with them which reduced the cost. Their technicians arrive on time and efficiently complete the job.This is a great, reliable company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an air conditioning company.M. Leigh
