Anyone who lives in Florida knows that not having AC in August is torture, especially if you have young children. So grateful for AirCool! They responded immediately with the most amazing customer service. A technician was sent out within a couple hours! He was knowledgeable, took his time to ensure everything was functioning properly, answered all of our questions and provided us with helpful feedback. Everyone was able to sleep cozy under our blankets. I highly recommend them for any issue you may have with your AC as well as regular maintenance. There are not enough words to express my appreciation and gratitude to Barbie and her team.
