I was very nervous that the mantle would be cracked or in pieces by the time it got here to Jacksonville.

Robert Tennant was very professional in making sure that all the parts of the mantle were the right size as shown on the company drawings to fit around my fire box, and he made me very comfortable that he understood the complexities of the job, and that his company could handle it.

The actual installer, Joseph, was a pro in putting all the pieces together and making sure that there was adequate support for the mantle. He understood exactly how the parts were supposed to be put together and really paid attention to the details, which was very reassuring for me.
