I have had multiple HVAC companies come out due to cooling issues with our downstairs. Jeffrey was the first to tell me the condenser unit was not large enough to support the forced air unit. We recently purchased this 2014 constructed home so this came as a surprise and in my opinion, an oversight by the builder and previous owners.Jeffrey explained the entire situation, answered all of my questions, provided me great direction, and answered additional questions unrelated to the issue at hand.He was the first honest person to tell me the reality of the situation. I will use him and his team as my preferred vendor and highly recommend!
