“Carisa is an amazing instructor. She take the time to do a full 1":1 evaluation and knows her clients!!! Her classes feel tailor made to your level. She is very good at instructing and giving cues during the class . You never have that "lost feeling" in a class. I really enjoyed her classes and will come back next winter!!!“
