Carisa is an amazing instructor. She take the time to do a full 1":1 evaluation and knows her clients!!! Her classes feel tailor made to your level. She is very good at instructing and giving cues during the class . You never have that "lost feeling" in a class. I really enjoyed her classes and will come back next winter!!!

Absolutely love working with Carisa , she is very knowledgeable and focuses on helping you meet your goals . My husband and I took class together he had a bad back when we started and he is no longer in any pain . I had pretty poor posture which I feel is so much better. Because I had suffered so many losses And I struggled with motivation the pilates gave me the focus , drive and energy to move forward . Can’t wait to return

Cannot tell you how much I truly enjoyed Carissa's Pilates! It was more than 18 months since my last session in Minnesota.She was fantastic at getting me back on track and as a result I felt my very best while we snowbird in Fort Pierce.Cannot wait to return again next season.
