“The Bossman, Brett, and his Superwoman wife, Heather, make a powerhouse couple!! If you know, you know. These two have put so much heart and muscle (literally) into making their gym the place to be! I’m so proud of these two beautiful people. Bonita Beach is lucky to have them!!!
#9 for life. 💜”
“These are not your average trainers, Mara and Tim are very knowledgeable on how the body moves and how to adapt exercises to your individual needs. You’ll learn a ton about proper movement and actually enjoy yourself in the process, these two are an absolute joy to be around.”
“I recently had my first session with Diane, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. She is not only incredibly nice but also thorough in her explanations of how Pilates works. Diane did an excellent job helping me understand the importance of breath, which differs significantly from yoga or meditation. Her clear guidance has me consciously engaging my core even while sitting and driving, which is quite remarkable. I’m excited to continue my journey with Energi and further develop my practice!”
