Love OsteoStrong Fort Myers! Melissa has been great about working with me on scheduling and payments, always with a smile. Dylan has a way of motivating and inspiring, not only at Osteo but in other areas of life. As I move on to another chapter, out of state, I will miss my Osteo family!

Osteostrong has helped me with getting stronger and having better brain balance. Everyone that works there is professional, friendly, and helpful with my wellness journey. I have been a member since June 2021, when I was looking for answers after an injury without taking drugs and having their side effects. Osteostrong gave me the information I needed to move forward. I am truly grateful for everything including tips I receive for exercising and stretching.

I have been a member of OsteoStrong since August 2022 so it has been almost 8 months. I can report that from 2021 to 2023, my bone density has increased 15% on my lumbar spine and 17% on my femoral neck. These increases have reversed my downward trend and taken me from osteoporosis to osteopenia. From April 2020, I have been taking Prolia but my reversal percentages didn't happen until I began OsteoStrong. Naturally, since I'm taking Prolia, I cannot claim that all of the changes have occurred because of OsteoStrong but I am inclined to believe that OsteoStrong has made a distinct difference.
