I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my deepest appreciation for the exceptional assistance I received from one of your employees, Ms. Tina Carter Pearl, at your Fort Walton Beach location.

Tina went far above and beyond in helping me ensure that my course was properly recorded—not only at your level, but at the state level as well. I completed my aftercare through the Veterans Administration at the James A. Haley Mental Health Center in Temple Terrace, Florida. As you may know, obtaining documentation from the VA can be a daunting task. Tina approached this challenge with unwavering determination and professionalism.

She made multiple attempts to contact the VA, worked closely with Amy there, and kept me informed every step of the way. Her persistence and attention to detail were instrumental in successfully closing out my case. Tina’s dedication, communication, and care reflect the highest standards of service and integrity.

As a retired US Navy Command Master Chief with 30 years of service, I’ve worked with many outstanding individuals—and Tina ranks among the very best. If I were still building teams, I would have recruited her without hesitation. She is a tremendous asset to your organization, and I sincerely hope her efforts are recognized accordingly. A raise or formal commendation would be a well-deserved gesture.
