Came here for the first as I’m changing my VA service to here. No major complaints, but one thing they need to correct.
The kind volunteer handed me a piece of paper showing me who I needed to call to get my service.
Unfortunately, the phone number on the paper was no longer in service. Suggest they revive the letter. And the kicker: that person doesn’t actually handle what I was there for.

Very efficient off base VA facility. Essential care for FWD area veterans. Good staffing, never overly crowded. It gets busy,but things move pretty quickly... I'm very satisfied with the care I've received although I still have to advocate for my own care...
I feel for all the reviewers from a while ago, but based on my experiences in the last few months, going from CCN to VA Health. It has been infinitely better, and smoother. I really think this clinic (from the reviews) has turned around and deserves another shot.
