I have been a patient of the Institute for 3 years. I’d like to single out Sarah Ward, an amazingly dedicated RN who makes things happen. When Ascension lost my infusion order time after time and delayed my treatment—due to Ascension personnel reductions—Sarah came to my rescue time and again. She personally re-faxed my paperwork four blessed times until Ascension finally acknowledged receipt. Without her, I would never have received my critical infusion treatment. She takes a real personal interest in her patients. She is one in a million! The best at the Institute by far.

I have been a patient here for several years. This is clearly one of the best run and best staffed medical practices that I have ever encountered. I'm 72 years old so I have encountered dozens over the years. I have complete trust in their knowledge, care and professionalism.
