“Went to ER recently for a heart issue. Wonderful staff, caring and comforting. After tests I was admitted. I'm a critical person but every nurse & technician coming into my room was the kindest and friendliest I've ever encountered in the medical field. A relative stayed with me and this may not be important to anyone else, but they have exceptionally comfortable recliners for visitors unlike a room at Mayo Clinic where my relative sat 8 hours on a stool with no back support. The breakfast was fair, but in a cardiac wing, it was what to be was expected. Lunch had options and was great! Tasty chicken salad sandwich, chips, delicious pudding, & juice. No complaints about the food. I wasn't expecting to be admitted and halfway through the day I discovered a complementary toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash in my room. That was nice very much appreciated.. I was impressed with the Dr, the amount of time he spent with me, very kind, caring and detailed. He answered every question I had.“

“I have been bringing my 4 grandchildren here for the last 12 years. Dr Perry (Pam) and Dr Anais have been great with my grandkids and all their many illnesses and concerns. I guess I really am very grateful for them and all their dedication and attention to detail. They are great with babies and so far preteens. My grandkids love coming here even though they know sometimes they get shots. The nurses and medical staff here are always happy and ready to assist us with our medical needs.

“My kids have been patients of Dr Rojas-Sanchez for years. We used to see her at the old location in Deland. Dr and staff are always so patient and kind with my 3 kids. Online portal for referrals is quick even if changes are needed per insurance. The new location is very nice and we were seen right on time. My only complaint would be that it's hard to get someone on the phone. But I usually try to message first and that solves majority of problems. But to make appointments for 3 kids as close together as possible I usually have to call in. The call back system works well so you don't have to sit on hold. Just wish it was a little quicker.“
