Anibal Lopez, husband of patient Maribel Lopez, is grateful to the medical team on floor room 5163 for their compassionate bedside manner and dedication to patient needs. The staff was always available whenever she paged them. They are commendable and set an example for other healthcare professionals to prioritize patient-centered care. I want to thank 5MSU Unit for providing the utmost professional care that a patient could ever wanted. My husband was happy to receive such amazing bedside manner from everyone that came to see him. I had to come in at 2 am for severe pain from an untreated UTI. I'm so thankful this hospital is close by and took me seriously and gave me the medications I need to get better. Yes there was a bit of a wait because every hospital is overflowing with patients so I'm not holding that against them, the front desk staff were very nice and Hailey in triage made me feel more comfortable as I had a lot of anxiety at the time but she was calm and reassuring. I'm very thankful for the ER doctor and PA who took the time to validate my concerns as I am pregnant and an untreated UTI could have harmed my baby.
