Iam very pleased with this facility. The front desk girl is the sweetest and helpful, the nurses are caring and attentive.I have been seen bytwo neurologist there and I can't be more pleased. They both has shown that they care about what I'm going through and have gone that extra mile so when I leave the office I understand everything that they has explained. He took my concerns seriously from the very first visit. He listened, asked questions, and made me feel seen and heard. Instead of dismissing my symptoms, he took the time to understand the whole picture and investigate what was going on. I've seen many doctors and specialists over the years, and have never had such a good experience. His compassion, thoroughness, and willingness to listen made a tremendous difference in my care.
At first I thought this was going to be a good office and doctors. As time went so did the service. They do not answer their phones most of the time. I have to leave messages and wait for a week and maybe I get a call back. First I thought the doctor understood me . Later on he told me he did not know what to do. But he did have me do a test I asked for. That’s good. I am still going to give the Dr a chance. Maybe he’s being honest and thinking hard. The office staff wow 😮 I’m trying to pass a message over to the doctor about a medication the insurance does not want to pay for and see what we can do. I give up
