“2026 Update: I did my yearly follow up bloodwork November 2025 to see how my thyroid levels have changed since becoming gluten & dairy free for a year. My antibodies went from the 1,000s to 183!!! Overall my levels positively changed in 1 year of this diet. Plus I’ve been taking prenatals and the suggested supplements from my care plan. His office is also able to get you in usually within the week. I’ve waited months for appointments with other pcps. So this is also beyond exceptional.“
