“I have had good visits and not so good visits here but today’s was exceptional! I wish I could remember the lab technician’s name- it started with a J, an older Hispanic woman. She was so helpful and kind, she made sure I had everything I needed since I had just been there for labs the day prior. Thank you to her for being thorough and hearing my needs ?“
