A repair on an old machine that ultimately didn't work but Sam the technician tried hard to fix it and gave us options to work with going forward. Efficient and rapid communication with the dispatching office. Very reasonable rates.

They send the service worker to our store on the same date we called. George is very detailed in checking our problems and explained the solutions very patiently. I highly recommend this place. They work hard to solve our problems. Thank you very much!!!Service: Repair HVAC

I can't say enough good things about my tech, George K, who probably spent a total of 12 hours over trying valiantly to fix my SpeedQueen stacked washer. In the end, it turned out to be a very expensive part that wouldn't be worth replacing. But George did not give up until he had tried every possible solution, plus he was always incredibly nice, always on time, honest and transparent, and my kitchen floor never had a scratch. Because in the end he couldn't fix it, I was never charged more than the initial $90 service call. This was customer service that went above and beyond and I will be calling George to install my new machine when I get it.Service: Washer/dryer repair
