Patrick was able to come out 2hrs later to perform a free inspection. Well he was here over 2 hours and did the most thorough inspection of the attic and roof and found no active signs of any critters. He checked for all potential intrusion points and fixed one spot at a facia/roof that could have been vulnerable. He addressed all of my concerns and took the time to answer many questions. He accepted no money for his time and efforts! I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, competence, integrity and recommend him highly to anyone who needs help with nuisance animals.“
