However, after I reached out, they completely turned things around. They’ve been diligently working on my lawn, making extra efforts to bring it back to excellent condition. They’ve returned multiple times and have consistently followed up on every visit. I really appreciate their commitment and am happy to update my review to a full 5 stars.

Lake Mary Massey office is terribly unorganized. Tech changes all the time, schedule is always messed up and they charge me when they show up and my gates locked to most of my yard.
PLEASE KNOW: The people working there are always kind and trying to get it right. I have yet to figure out why it's so unorganized. I appreciate their kindness at least. The employees attitudes are what helps keep me as a customer. So hear that Massey corporate! HELP YOUR EMPLOYEES OUT BY PAYING THEM BETTER AND STOP RUNNING THEM TO DEATH.
