As a retiree, I’ve asked from day 1 that the service technician comes after the 15th of the scheduled month. ( Pay purposes )They will schedule treatment at their convenience.Service: General pest inspection
Your tech matters! You guys do a great job. Let me take that back, Shane does a great job. He is very thorough and always make sure the cobwebs are knocked down, which a lot of your people do not. I never have any problems with bugs and if I do he comes out within 2 days and takes care of it for me. He understands that I have a complicated work schedule and always make sure to work around it and is very accommodating for his customers. He is always very polite and respectful and genuinely cares about his clients. Jeremy was fantastic! Polite, professional, respectful of the property. He went above and beyond for my mosquito problem, made sure to hit high problem/high traffic areas, and was very informative. He gave me tips on prevention and timeline for product to dry, etc. It felt like a friend helping me out. 100% recommend him to help with any and all problems!!
