My Massey associate that visits my home in Shane K., he has been very knowledgable and professional in his approach to my particular bug issue. He has great communication on when he is going to visit my home, and whenever I have an issue/question I have and reach out to him for. My bug issue has been greatly reduced to make relaxing in my home even more enjoyable. Could not ask for a better company and associate to work with. Good job Massey and Shane K, you have really made me happy in my new home, Thank you so very, very much.
DELTON,FLAlways get great service from Massey technicians. Our tech Shane is always polite, friendly ,knowledgeable, courteous. Any time I call I receive friendly service. When they set an appointment, the tech calls ahead to confirm and is always on time if not early. Never late without calling to let us know they're running late. We didn't get this kind of service from Aaron pest control after our first tech relocated. I would definitely refer Massey.Thanks for the great service Massey office personnel and our tech Shane ?
