He communicated clearly throughout the whole process and I really appreciated that he proactively sent videos and photos during our exchanges since I wasn't able to be there for a large part of the job. On top of the trapping, he handled some exclusion work by patching and sealing entry points the critters were using. I also had some minor fascia damage from a hurricane a couple years back and Patrick went above and beyond by repairing those sections complimentary.
